Service Description
This interactive class invites students to travel the globe—without leaving our outdoor classroom! Through hands-on projects, storytelling, music, maps, games, and food-themed fun, we’ll explore the geography, traditions, and daily life of cultures around the world. Each unit focuses on a different region or country, teaching students to read maps, recognize landforms, and understand how geography shapes the way people live. Students will “visit” each place through crafts, traditional games, celebrations, and movement-based activities—connecting learning to real life in an unforgettable way. We’ll also explore global citizenship and what it means to appreciate and respect cultures that are different from our own. Ages: 6–11 Registration Fee: $25 (Non-refundable, due at signup) Tuition: $50 per month, paid on the first class day of each month (September, October, November, December) Enrollment: Not open enrollment; full semester registration required. A class syllabus will be provided. What to Bring: Water bottle and two snacks. Please bring a hearty lunch if your child is staying for a class immediately before or after this one.
